tips on removing one layer of paint?


want to remove a single layer of paint without upsetting the layer underneath. wat would be the best way to do this?

1500 or 2000 grit sand paper.

Is it 2 pac or acrilic?? does it have clear over base or is it a solid colour???

looks like a shitty layer of acrylic over factory paint, solid colour. its flaking in many places showing off the og shit underneath.

I agree 2000 or 2400 even wet and dry.
