$2 dollar air box

A few of you guys know I've had a few issues with my pod filter acting like a sponge in wet weather. Well between that, and needing to protect from mud for a Khanacross I was spose to drive in last weekend, I needed to come up with a cheap alternative for an air box for the weekend.

It's basically an upside down $2 biscuit barrel from Go-lo. I cut away the leading edge for some clearance and drilled some holes for mounts and for ventilation and there you go. It's held in posi with some ali straps and some M4 nuts and bolts.

I'll probably make something abit more pretty later on, but for now it's tops and last nights rain proved it's value already. And not only that, but it's microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.
