Who owns a white beetle in the Jervis Bay area?

I've regularly been seeing a white beetle travelling south along the pricess highway during during afternoons between 4:30 and 5 o clock in the afternoons in tomerong. looks like an earlyish model... mid to late 60's?

anyone own it?
