WANTED: RUST FREE bare body
Something we all want i guess :P, just seeing if any are available soon. For a vw 1969 beetle. So 1500 bodies would be excellent :P. Bare/semi bare,
don't wanna pay too much.

Hmm, shipping from sydney. That will cost more than hte car, Lol. Will keep it in mind though.
Body wise, this is the 2nd wastage, unless ur willing to swap a rustless one for a rusty one  , if ur that concerned about not throwing away the rusty ones, hehe.

do you want doors? a little rust at the bottom of them
the bonnet is RS
there is a patch in the left (i think) front footwell
the rest i'm pretty sure is rust free.
it's a 1970 1500.
guards are already gone.
I'll have to check it out - haven't looked at it in 6 months.
about $100-150?

Its just a thought process. its hard to really know if a body is clean of all rust, unless someone has tinkered in alot of areas with it for about a
monthish...
usually if theres rust, u tend to find more somewhere else, and then a bit more here, lol. But u neva know.

These are the only pics i have here.
The patch is welded in. Inside the wheel arch. Needs grinding as the welds are pretty thick. If I can get there tomrrow evening your mate can have a
look while he's local and let you know.
I was gonna use the body so it's a good base. Like i said i haven't looked at it in a while so don't want to push you into it. It's just sitting
on the pan, unbolted.
