best v6 on the market vg30dett my e28 had a vg20 supercharged altronics ecu 640nm of torque it was my wifes car so no more mods that why I have an oval:smilegrin::smilegrin:

I sat the spare vg20 in the ovals engine bay and it didn,t look right and a bit heavy.I,ll like to put a eg33 in the oval cams are closer together than the ej20 and the eg33 is only 50mm longer .

Ummm no Malcolm.... The EG33 is about 150mm longer than the EJ20.... the 3ltr is about 40mm longer at the crank than the Ej engines....

guys im looking at getting a 71 superbug ute modified engineered and "has been regod in nsw with a suby brumbi 1800 the car comes with a ej20t would there be much hasssle to fit and re rego with the power upgrade?

No probs Malcolm..... and Kroozzn, you also gonna need an entire redo of the adapter, engine mounts and ECU.... none of the EA parts are compatible with the EJ engine.... BUt you might be able to sell off the EA and associated bits to offset the cost of the adapter/FW etc....

ah yer i know now, the fairlady 300z, a friend used to have one of those and drove it at 14psi daily with no problems, a great engine i think!

good luck with sale, i'd love to have that in the back of the van eh

better if it was turbo sr20 , but a n/a goes like a shower of shit ( mate has one )
rear wheel drive .Front wheel drive throttel is at the rear of motor with a pipe that goes across the back of the motor .


2ltr is all ally mate
no I did not call , have to make it later in the week .

I have a turbo gti golf here as well full front cut jdm cut .
3 x toyota v8
5 x wrx front cuts

the sr20,s do they have ecu,s I,ve seen a couple of bugs on the nett with 4agz 20valve ,even honda motor out of the 2000 sports all had the deck lids closed I,m moving the gearbox forward 60mm .

A very nice little 1956 Splitty Panelvan.... Straight as with very little rust.... Not be registered since 1979..... Nice hippy graphics on the exterior and interior..... Perfect!
