Twin Cab Wanted

Howdy All
I posted a while ago looking for a twin cab kombi - I am still on the hunt but have refined my search a little. I am looking to get hold of a bay window twin cab preferably with a well engineered engine conversion - V6 or Subi. (but decent 1800/2 litre will do) Straight body (minimal rust), at least reasonable paint. Easy to roadworthy etc. You'll probably tell me I'm dreamin'. Happy to buy interstate but would like access to good pics prior to inspecting. Willing to pay a fair price for the right vehicle. Any leads would be appreciated.

Paul
PS It would be going to a VW friendly home with a shed

There's one on ebay at the moment in melbourne, to find it type in volkswagon not volkswagen, looks ok in the pics. Cheers Damo.

This is my Volkswagen, there are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me my Volkswagen is useless, without my Volkswagen, I am useless.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, and in good condition- but rather tossed in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride"

Cordia turbo seats I'm lead to believe. These were in the car when i bought it. The bright stuff you can see through the windows is called"sunlight" which we get a lot of up here, hence the airconditioner......

It's a ute and has been used as one.If it was lowered it would look better but not in any way practical for carrying stuff. Wouldn't wanna wear out the bumpstops, plus i would have no kidneys left as you Southerners use all our road funds up on your freeways leaving us with potholes for roads...:sniffle::D
