Well I got some time today ( only just ) to have a good look at the set up on the front .

I found the outer bearing is the same id as the late RX7 20mm id , the inner will reqire a adapter to bring the shaft size up , but I can use the RX7 bearing & seal .

I will get a plate lazer cut to bolt the 4 spot caliper to .

Cost $200.00

The sud pattern is Ford 5 on 114.3

Hi Andrew , I dont have a ball joint front here to check mate , but thing I will make a few sets of each up any way .The cost to set up the lazer is the most expencive , from there its only a few $ each .I seem to be doing all the bits for cost these days , just gets every one up and going faster .

I truly think this is the best set up there is .
I will hold off for a few days as my drop spindels are coming from the usa ( are they Humpty ? )

The other set up I have is to use all these Subaru WRX & rs calipers & disks I have here .The ford ea is still best for the rear .

I post some photos soon

Looking at it , I think it will be 5 or 6mm thick
so steel may be best

Lazer is lower in cost , but punch CNc is now on a par , seagull
