no, the motor, the switch passes 12v to the motor. Wiper motor must have the extra terminal for the 2nd speed.

Yes,
its a Bosch wiper motor with two speeds....
and they internally switch into reverse to self park....
very tricky invention that....
Two speeds are better than one....

If the holes in the body line up You can use late model wiper arms that really do wipe the screen....

pretty sure theres just 2 sets of windings in the motor, one bigger for high speed
if u check the switch u'll find that its the same voltage comes off lo and hi

Two speed wiper motors have a third brush. The normal two opposite on the armature
are used for high speed. One of those and the one offset are used for slow speed.

Spot on there is a third motor brush to the armiture at 3 oclock to the other two ie 12 oclock and 6 oclock. Now we've worked out how it works any takers? Ab if its for you I'll make it fit
