ITINERARY FOR VALLA.....CABINS AVAILABLE!!!
hey Sam, this is the itinerary
THURSDAY 3RD
6.00pm....earlybird dinner/cruise at the v-wall tavern in Nambucca
FRIDAY 4TH
arrival and registration at Valla
9.30.... scruitineering at Raleigh International Raceway
10.30-till dark.....racing
6.00pm....Bistro open for dinner at Valla Resort. meet and greet all VW lovers around the park:beer
SATURDAY 5th
7.00...sausage sizzle b/fast $6.00 eat all you can
8.00....wash vehicles
9.00.... arrange/line up for convoy
9.45....Parade departs for Nambucca
10.00-12.00pm... show and shine in Nambucca. peoples choice (vw drivers) of the top ten cars.
12.00 pm...leave for Raleigh race way (25mins north)....
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
12.00 pm also Valla resort lunch- afternoon swap meet-and childrens fun time (don't forget there is also, BBQ's, mini golf and waterslides for the
kids at the race track!!!!)
1 pm... VW spectacular hillclimb at Raleigh Raceway
2.00 pm...childrens activities and tea and coffee for the parents
sunset cruizin... official cruising 'da park(note CRUISING!, grab a deck chair if you're camping and watch the parade IDLE by, everyone goes the
same direction and be sensible NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN HOONS, BUT IT'S NICE TO HEAR AND SEE THE CARS ROLLING!)
SATURDAY NIGHT
6.30 pm....dinner at the resort
7.15 pm....children's Miss beetle/Master Bug fancy dress
7.30 pm...Adults best dressed couple FAIRY TALE THEME
BEST DRESSED COUPLE.....week holiday at Valla resort
RUNNER UP COUPLE.....weekends accomadation at Valla resort
7.30 pm... CHARITY AUCTION, proceeds to the local charities that help with volunteer work at the show. the usual array of parts,
memorabilia and hand crafted collectables
8.15 pm...12.00pm dance the night away and party hard!:beer
SUNDAY 6TH
7.00 am...PANCAKE BREAKFAST tea/coffee $6.00 eat till you drop

a couple of notes
the roads have been refinished earlier this year with hotmix-great for the kids with rollerblades, low-rider bikes and skateboards.
Raleigh Raceway now has several waterslides, a pool, and kiddies wading pool and putt-putt golf, and the best part is that you can see the racing from
here.
CRUIZIN- park cruising has been a successful part of the huge hot-rod gathering that also uses the Valla resort every October BUT it takes sensible
drivers, a couple of freindly waves and a toot on the horn, NOT SHOWING OFF!. the police help out with our parade, lets repay them and not have the
park residents phone the police about rev-head drivers. idle round the campsites and please stay out of the permenant resident streets!

DUE TO A COUPLE OF PEOPLE PULLING OUT there has been some cabins come up for grabs. maybe some one wants to upgrade from camping or make some new
plans for next weekend....
