You might want to think about the effect the mods to the fan shroud will have on cooling. Number 3 cylinder is prone to running hotter due to the oil cooler location. Add some boost and temps will rise again.

i have run the fan with a drill and measured the air via a wind vane and i get better flow than the org i have made some alterations inside the shroud and the oil cooler is remote so there is very little interferance this project has been on the bench for quite a wile

hmm steve may i suggest a less angular intake manifold ,
some sharp angles that pressured air will be passing though.

thanks all the angles are really dictated by thr amount of room available i have used all the avaible space by using the hargest tubes i can and brenton i found the keys for the rat drop by when ya can

up to fitting a carby just deciding on whitch one may go with a duel through progressive webber

that pully is only there to line up the rest of the pulley gang the one going on is 3.0 inch this is just bthe trial and fit time all the parts are there and the final fit gegins very soon

hey, nice work dude. is that an old toyota supercharger? if it is, did you have to modify it to run suck thru? i was looking at doing something similar but need cash for the gearbox first haha. good luck with it

yep it runs and yes it is toyota and no problems with petrol being blown through i gave toyoat a call and they assured me that there would be no worries and i have done this before with my kombi and run it maney miles

does it have any problem with running rich at idle or anything? and how do you have to jet the carby? how much boost can you safely run?

at idle there is no prob and at full song you need bigger jets i'm using a webber twin through with bigger main jets in the second through and i can run 6lb with no worries when you remember that 6 bl is only at full revs 4000 normaly 1-3 lb while running around normaly
