My 62 Bug - now what?

So I bought this and Andy (nice fella) gave me a 1600 to go in it. Aparently it wants new master cylinder and brakes and a 12v upgrade...

What else do ya reckon? - given I just want to rego it and run it for work...tight arse resto advice welcome...from Beetle people...who know about 62 Beetles (which sure aint me).
