one of my mates in melbourne does it.
http://www.88speed.com
Ask for Tim/Dan (say zac from OMC sent you). He does good stuff, all graphics utilise 7year vinyl (minimum)
i've got a decal of his on my car at the moment.
email: 88speed@gmail.com
example of their work
picture if an 88cm decal on my windscreen
and another one...
And yeh, pricewise they are VERY good. $15 for that front decal.. but yeh...can highly recommend them!

Temporary vinyl might be your answer. Convincing the b/f might not be so hard if it's just messing around and having fun, and everything can be put
back to how it was with a little picking and peeling. If your paint is sound, it's pretty safe, and if you leave it on, it will last a while, but the
longer it's on the harder it is to get off, so if you want to keep it, you'll have to peel it off and replace it with the permanent stuff.
Have fun... (Oh, and my brother has a small sign business too, although he calls on me when it involves anything artistic)

I reckon an empi style kit is the answer. with your fat tyres and such it would look period cool. Maybe someone on here can fake it up on photoslop
first so you can convince the loan repayment officer.
