2.0 Bora - should I be worried?

Any advice?

Looking at a 2001 Bora 2.0. Less than 40,000km.

RACV check observed "A lot of moisture under the the oil filler cap."

Mech at the VW dealership reckons that it "always happens to the MkIV 1.6 & 2.0 engines. It's due to condensation"

Should I believe this or is it likely to be something more sinister?

Cheers,

sounds about right with the low milage all caars that do short trips get the dredded white oil cap its due to the engine not runnoing long enough to boil off the condensation vw beatles get it to for the same reason and they don't have water
