quick question fenrayer
is it just a 69 beetle with the rego from another 60 beetle?
i'm not real ofay with WA registration laws but in NSW u'd get busted big time for swapping vehicle regos

yes it is, we were going to take it over the pits the blokes at licencing said it was fine , not sure of the legalitys but they said it was fine
as long as it weighs the same as on the papers and the numbers match up , I know for other cars its illegal but apparently its done all the time in
W.A on beetles
I think I will make enquiries again !!!
although I have had the car for several years and never had any legal problems with it

WA is cool
the reason for the swap was because i wanted to use the ball joint front end with disc brakes and the 4 stud alloys i still have the original floor
