bad costomer service: dont you hate it
just bought a remote control petrol car.
paid a considerably big amount for it, and ever since i have had it nothing has gone right.
i purchaced it last sunday and have been back every second day to get some thingt replaced or fixed.
i am quite happy to tell you there name
HOBBY HABBIT
ENFIELD
no matter wat you buy these days you even pay big money and all the people behind the counter are just interested in your money.
i bought the car for $400.00+ and have spent $120.00+ getting it fixed not to mention the petrol to get there all the time.
NOT HAPPY
absolute rip off.

thats a shame about the remote control car... when they are going they are heaps of fun...
can be difficult sometimes with remote control gear as the people behind the counter usually dont know stuff all about them.
see.... air and water do mix

rose..
Big A had similar problem...there was a nice whine coming from under the hood of his car...its just on 2 years old.
He had problem in that...I could hear noise, his brother & mother he could hear noise....but when he took it in....service manager didnt.
He said " Thats okay...can u give me something that I came to YOU, told YOU about problem, and YOU, personally, cant find it.
Service manager "why?"
Big A "When I make a call to TOYOTA, AUSTRALIA, and tell them that YOU can't hear it, even though I can, my family can, as well as my friends, they
will know who to talk to regarding a hearing test. Especially if it turns out that in approx 6 months something really bad went wrong...the whine
turns out to be assoicated with a bearing in the wheel not motor or alternator, which in turn cause a HORRIFIC accident, and I sue. I'm SURE Toyota
Australia would love to know who it was that COULDNT hear the whine, and having it in writing helps with the paperwork later.
Manager simply looked at him.
Big A smiled nicely and said "well, are you willing to put your name down on paper with the statement that you can't hear the whine everyone else
can hear?"
The car was rebooked by manager immedately & spent 2 days in the workshop. They replaced the alternator, and have also located a very slow leak in
the power steering, which is to be repaired free under the warrenty. The car is back...and now has no whine.
Push your service group.
Threatening them isnt always necessary...but asking them to put their name to a statement which may be used later often gets the action you wanted.
To check over the car more thoroughly.
dubless.
And who the helled parked the Mitsubishi "Prancer" under my
house???
