no offence guys cause i dont know your beef with karmen. and having spoken to all of you before i know u are all good guys but if he has something for sale which u dont wanna buy.....dont buy it.

hes gone out of his way to help me more than once.

if the oval is a good un. and someone on here benefits from the heads up then thats a good thing.

if the oval is a shiteheap, dont buy it. simple.

YEEUPPP!! I try to be happy... not fun when i'm sick... :(

Just read it then, checked my inbox... Good suggestion.

Pirtek is apparently expensive, and a few have mentioned Enzed
And sounds like i do need to get some passionfruit... but just went for a blood test this morning (got 5 whole test tubes of it for a million tests). Suspected viral infection rather than tonsilitus (due to antibiotics not doing anything to help)... so yeah... hoping its not glandular fever... crappy thing is, being viral, there is no drug that can cure it... only time and the body can (IE: like cold/flu, there is no cure for them)

in regards to bolts, yup, be good to check that out too... cheap as well... theres also a NUT and BOLT place in beenleigh near me, that are big and specialise in nuffin but that. so if the metal recyclers ain't go it, i go to them :D

Clutch tube, would be kool to have... not sure yet though... cause that means I gotta buy a new gearbox, shifter rods/tubes.... work out y this fuel line inside won't accomodate the manual pedal set, and work out how to move that fuel line, then i would have to get a new engine cause the semi auto stuff (like the inlet manifold, carby, ATF pump etc... all being semi auto specific).... might add up in the $$$ a bit :( Which is a shame.

But.... having a manual tranny would save so much carrying on with the extra parts and plumping of the ATF fluid circuitry and the air tubes for the clutch and servo etc. etc.

Will see if i can get some photos of the atf ends for ya, depends if i got time, have batteries, and can find the camera, and fight this illness. Bolts wise, in regards to the thread not being long enough, spares from beetles won't help... cause the stock ones just don't work on the baja guards i got... even the 69 fender bolts, or even the 67 ones (from the baja). That 67' baja u gave me had pretty thin guards, this bug eyed kit got thick as ones... which is good, but a neusance for bolts...

cheers anyways berns :D

by the way, still luvving that book!
