buy the nissan or subaru. the type 4 wont cool and you cant get tappet covers off and on it, even if you could valve adjustments would be near
impossible. And thats assuming you could fit it on the car. Might be possible in a baja.

while i agree that subaru conversion are the way to go for $ to hp rating i dont think that people should look at it as the ONLY option.
hipo vw engines have their place and there are some i know that will blow the doors off any subaru conversion.
its getting rediculous..to the point whrere it is the "different" thing to be actually building a vw motor.
anyone want to buy a ej20t, complete with turbo, adaptor plate and fywheel, minus loom. 1500
