YEAH, definately.... I'm a proud freak..... but its when people lash out cos they just dont get it and are too lazy to listen..... easy to judge

I was in the book shop the other day, and had a look at a book called Crap Cars (Top Gear publication), and I thought yeah the will have the boxy
Volvos, anything made in Russia ...Ladas, Datsun 120Y...but guess what number 1 crap car was....Volkswagen Beetle...they went on to say the reason was
that it was noisy, engine in the wrong place, and the heater is useless etc, underpowered. Hmmmm i thought that these Top Gear people new better.

i should point out that i was saying that to appreciate VW is to appreciate the world would be a crapper place with out cars like VW, which attempt to
do something different. Without perspective why would anyone bother with life at all!

Funny, people have said all these things about porsche 911s. Most people I know had 911s as their dream cars. 911s conquered almost of every form of
motorsport they took on. Besides, Jeremy Clarkson says everything is crap.
Anyway, you didn't buy a VW if you wanted the height of technology. You bought one because they cheap and they worked.
