my toy.

gday all. It seems i need computer lessons. Dangerous is going to post the pictures for me.
This is my toy. I bought it in pretty much the same condition as you see it. all i have done so far is to put in the scat-pro seats and put on the wheels from richard holtz (i am still waiting for the center caps as the ones provided did not clear the hubs). anyway my plans are to put in a kombi box and a 2332 fuel injected engine. am trying to complete by the end of year.

After not much happening ($$$) i have run in the fuel lines for the fuel injection sysytem.
Firstly i ripped out the old lines. i then fed a nylon snake from the holes i drilled in the fork to the hole at the front. I got the fuel lines and wrapped individually around it a nylon cable wrap that is used to group cables. I then got some self amalgamating heat shrink and shrunk it around both the supply and the return lines and pulled it through with the nylon snake i ran.
This post took about 5 minutes to write but the job took about 6 hours. and i still need to put the interior back in.

Nice ride - red ones go fast!

I'm a fan of the V-Force wheels, they look good. did you get different offsets front and rear?

Thaks vwcool. the wheels are the same. the front tires are 185/65 the rear are 195/65 yoko's c-drives.
The wheels do look pretty good. I am still waiting for the center caps though
