Thanks guys

I fired up my bus (EJ20) for the first time tonight. :bounce
I've been lurking on here for a hell of a while TBH and used a lot of your ideas & experience. (hellbus & EJ72van I owe you beers)

Hopefully some of my pictures on http://www.vwkd.co.uk  will be useful to some also. Reversed water manifold in a bay ;)

I did a rad set up very similar to Brendons but mine's low at the front, high at the rear.

Now to hack the wiring down to a reasonable length - I had just removed everything not ECU related before.

She did run on occasion for a couple of seconds then cut out, more of a fade than dead stop. The fuel pump/main relay had clicked out. I did have her running for a few minutes. All under battery power not alternator.
Any suggestions? It is an immobiliser model - I have only found a 95% accurate diagram & that was for a turbo!

Will give you a report when I've got some miles under her belt

Big up to you guys.
Thanks
