all complete with new rubbers and latches and hinge covers also. chrome is in very good condition,just requires a polish for a perfect look.

when i say polish i mean just cleaning with a cloth and some chrome cleaner to make them shiny  not chrome polish as it is in excellent condition with no rust or dents or bents or scratches.

Don't think the frames are chromed.... They should be anodized aluminium!....
