Older gent in a Splitty - Richmond Vic

Punt road Richmond today, older fellow in a mid 60's green/white Splitty with signage on the door. Had original reg, bull bar and looked real honest. Looked like he might have owned it for a very long time. Wanted to follow him home and camp out for as long as it took but ........
Anyone know it??
