Manx, Barndoors and more
I've just got back from taking my manx for a litte spin out to the Isa, thought I'd share what I spotted along the way.
Red manx at the Magnetic Island ferry terminal Townsville (spotted by the ex when she was going over)
2 barndoors(not so I'm told)

If it makes you feel any better that red buggy isn't a Manx either.

Yeah I knew the manx was a clone, I was being a bit generic with my id. I've seen it before in a magazine somewhere (VW Power?). Both the split
kombi's have semaphores still in them. Red primered panel has been abused by the sandblasters and has buckled panels.

Kombis in the Isa
I would have thought someone would have gotten those Kombis by now- I posted about them ages ago when I lived out there. The white ute is/was from
Cloncurry I think. Did you go up the Normanton road, there is a burnt out one there that they feature in postcards now.

The ute is in Isa, I think the Cloncurry one was a dual cab svncro, last I saw several years back it was half burnt in someone's back yard.
Anyone know what the single cab is worth?

I'm presently in Brisvegas, I get some details to you when I make it back up to Mackay. I pretty sure these are both up for sale, I'll make some
inquiries for you.

And both are very savable. The dualcab has very little rust and is mostly complete. It's a 76 model. It also has a sister that is a 75 model and is
complete, sitting in a pile to be crushed next week:cry The "yard boy" moved it to the wrong area after the engine and trans were removed. Now it has
a falcon on top of it:cussing:cussing:vader.........bugga. The camper has
little rust and is complete minus engine and trans, actually the engine is in the rear on the bed,but the gearbox is gone...:o
