hey i have too many cars and need some money to register my datto 1600, then my Lbug etc.
The type 3 is currently registered fo 3 more months but is being sold without a roadworthy. It had a lot of money spent on it in 1998 (over 8000)
when the engine was completely rebuilt with new 040 heads, new interior and hood,new clutch, has been maintained by leons motor in the last 3 years
and it has a single side plate irs gearbox.
Mechanically it is quit good but rust is starting to appear around the guards and front and rear windows. the horn also shorts out on the colum and
the hood sags a bit when both windows are open. All up the car has had over 10 000 spent on it over the last 8 years, i could spend time and some
money on it and ask more for it but i just want to get rid of it for $1200.
