get it going


trying to get 2ltr twin carb kombi to fire after sitting 4 two yrs have put in 10ltrs fuel , electric pump is running but does not seem to be getting any juice up 2 carbies. Has spark at dizzy and motor winds over ok ,what yas reckon

spark at plugs?? put a little fuel down the carbs and that will let you know if it is spark or fuel. Not too much. If the elec pump has been sitting for a long time dry, depending on the make of pump some of them dont like it.
I had one that made noise but no fuel delivery it had sat for 3 years...

If your pump's working but no fuel to your carbs either the inlet/outlet pipes on the pump are the wrong way round or both needle valves in the carbs are stuck or blocked.
