[WTB - WA] 54 - early 60's beetle

Mate of mine has just moved to Perth. He is looking for an og early beetle (54 - 64) so he can look way cool cruisin around his new home town. Prefer registered but will consider one with not too much to do. As little rust and as straight as can be expected.

Anyone got anything or know of anything? Is there a Perth VW Club he can tap into?

His name is Steve and contact #0414.666.188

Cheers

Dan

I know of a mint 54 bug for sale at the moment in WA. Won't be cheap though, it is an absolute stunner.

Thanks seagull I'll pass it on.

Re the '54. Sounds out of his price range.

Cheers

I checked out Mikes bug last week It has a good 1835cc that goes really hard .
stock body that has seen no mods that I could see & over all good for its age
its really a sleeper for any one that wishes to join the gang here in Perth this would be a good one to snap up drop a lowered beam & come drag racing .

Mike has had this parked up in the shed for some time .
