Nice. Just mount the indicators under the bumpes, that should do the trick!

Decked dubby - the sides are a darkish red as are the wheels, didn't get much info with the car so i don't know what any of the paint is. The white
is proving hard to match.
Weapon, yes on Carpoint for a while. I looked at her a couple of times before deciding she was worth spending a bit on to sort out as she'd been off
the road for while.
I'm from the UK originally and any bug i ever owned there had a lot of rust issues so i was amazed how good this one is. All of the heater channels
and pan seem original and in amazingly good condition for a 48 year old car.
I had a little bit of welding done to the body in the passenger footwell but that is it. It was restored about 8 years ago but again I know nothing
about it. If anyone knows this car please get in touch.

If its the one i'm thinking of, it was in a VW Mag about 7years ago. I think the article was called 'Cheap & Cheerful'. It has a leather trimmed
steering wheel & even leather faced speedo. I think it had spats back then too. Looks like a good score!
