[WTB - VIC] solid early beetle

I've got a friend that's interested in a good solid "needs minimal work" beetle. It needs to be reliable with most of the work complete as she doesn't have much time or the skill (yet ;) ) to get her hands dirty.

To give you an idea of what she's after, she's willing to pay around $5000-$7000 ish. If it's worth it, she'll pay more...

Hit me with whatcha got! Even the interstaters....

I know it isn't an early model, but ACE_76 has got a very (and I mean very) solid 76 beetle for sale. Original motor (1600TP), 4 joint independant rear suspension. Gearbox rebuilt earlier this year by Imported, motor rebuilt by Volkshome.

It is running on standard unleaded with no additives.

Very well maintained.

Check it out,

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, and in good condition- but rather tossed in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride"
