gearbox plug spanner.......very rare, looks like a "one off" tool to me. well worth the price of two bolts, one washer and 20g of welding rod:P

My dad was given one of those for our beetle except it was a machined tool. Not sure if it was genuine vw or not.

I have two nuts welded onto a short bolt that i use a socket on...
I suppose all that is needed is a long nut, even without a hole in or thread in it....
so a socket or spanner can be used...

i have have one of those in my tool box / bag for my baja that goes around with me , i used to use 2 nuts welded together and ground back to shape
also that worked really well but was a bit small as alot of things tend to go missing in my garage
Love is a Rotary baja bug
Just be carefull  ,, something dangerous is lurkin in My garage
ready to burst out in a fit of Big Hp, high boost baja Rage .
