not 100% sure but the looms should be the same as the car is the same pretty much, both the silvia and 180sx are s13s the original 200sx is an s14 and
the new silvia and 200sx are s15. but i still think all the engines are basically the same all the way through, should be a bolt in swap as far as i
know.

yeah i also agree with bajaben. silvia/180sx should be same as long as they were both sr20 to start with.
some silvias are ca18

Have Just put a NissanL20b single carbie motor in my 1976 microbus do u no what sort of fuel ecconomy i should expect?? Motor is fully rebuilt, tuned
& running spot on. At 100kph it was revving at 4000rpm, to reduce this i am putting on 15" merc rims with 205/70/15 tyres. Am hoping on good fuel
eccomomy!! The extra power is good. John 1960

John I recall you calling me the other day regarding this .
Wes has a speed program I think in this section ? But the main problem is the RPM your doing with that gear box , the motors max RPM is around 5>6
tops ?
you would be changing the gear box ratio , give the rims a go
you have a 1600 gear box ??

With my nissan L20B conversion i have a 2 ltr gear box. Putting 15 inch rims and tyres on tomorrow. Hoping this will make a difference with the revs
and thus a difference with the fuel economy. Any advice to get good fuel economy would be appreciated. the extra power comparied to my old 2L VW motor
is great. Thanks John

apart from a boger od wheel set up the only other things that come to mind is
get aother carbi
get a holden camira single point fuel injection system on it from a 2ltr
change the cam if it has a hot fuel drinking one
LPG system
dont drive it Just tell every one it goes great & cheap to run
This motor is very old you may only know about old school donks ,but look around the subaru ej22 would be the best on the conversion table IMO , these
are getting old now & the EJ25 is coming through but these have some head issues
I have not seen any one jump up about there EJ25 fitment in a vw
EJ25 in a subaru turbo , well they go very hard
