It's probably too wide. Most of these things have a 64x64 (or thereabouts) size limit.

Another forum I use which is similar to this has the following rules;
Use custom avatar-
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 16000 bytes (whichever is smaller).

How do you do this if you don't have a site that hosts your pics? (not even sure if this is what you need?)

So, now I have 2 questions.
1. if my pic at MUCHOS is too big, how do I shrink it to 100 x 100 pixels or 16000 bytes?
2. once I have the pic at the right size, which of the MUCHOS codes for the link do I use?
