Formula Vee race car + trailer, will consider swaps!

Ever thought of taking up racing? Well this is a great place to start whether you want to attack circuit racing or as a hill climb beast!

Hundreds of hours of work have gone into converting this car to its current competitive 1600 form. The car is ready to race at the top of the field. Plenty of time and development has gone into this car. Finishes within top 10 in 2006 and the fastest older car in the field. This is an ex-Edan Fleming car and best results were 2nd and 3rd in the Konica Minolta V8 invitational round 2004 (in 1200 form).
This would be an excellent car for some one starting in Formula Vee or anyone from 1200 to step up into 1600 with a limited budget.
Fresh paintjob only one round old (2-pak baked)
Engine producing top HP (hasn’t been dynoed) plenty of work has been put into getting maximum power while staying well within the rulebooks (3 meetings old)
4 wheel discs and callipers (purchased new in 2005)
Light weight Empi wheels (only 600g over minimum)
All oil hoses and oil fittings recently replaced
Log booked 1600
Comes with single axle fully enclosed trailer

Asking $16500

Will consider offers of swaps for a road car or bike of same value or cash adjustment

Can provide further pics and details if required.

you dont need a $ value. its value is the 'interest'. do you have something of interest to offer to swap. if so then pringa8 may consider. not really too hard, now is it.

good luck with it pringa8. it is certainly a fun interest.

yeah definitely, I actually had to move the seat forward and would prefer it to be just a little more forward than it allowed and i'm 5'9". Spectres are renowned for accomodating larger or taller drivers! I'm currently running ballast and I'm 70kgs.

Its a piece of shite..............bwaaahahahaha sorry pringa, just funnin with ya M8.

Seriously folks, Im quite aware of the amount of work and development that has gone into this car.
Anyboy even vagulely interested in getting into a good 1600 F-Vee should consider this ride. You could pay a lot more for a lot less.

Sorry ur selling it pringa, but I spose its the way it goes yer?

Spectre's accomodate bigger drivers quite easily. I'm 6'2' and 95kg and i have sat in one up here in Qld at my uncle's workshop with plenty of room. All I needed to be done to drive it if I wanted to was to move the pedals froward a bit for my long legs and big feet.

Nice looking car there mate with a set of Volks Engineering body panels by the looks in the pic. good luck with the sale.
