It'd run a lot better if the EFI was still on it, and it wouldn't pop and carry on

If it was a money no object situation, then maybe you could close to 95%, but in the real world EFI wins every time. And as the costs come down on
aftermarket systems, I don't know why you'd use carbs on a hypo motor unless class racing rules stopped you.

Maybe the owners just scared of EFI.... I know loads of peeps are.... Look at most of the V8 owners out there!.... Still don't know why you fit carbs
though... Sorta defeats the purpose of fitting a hitech engine....
