VW in South Africa

Off to Johannesburg next week. Any recommendations about air cooled places I should visit? What about some decent classifieds which might have some air cooled VWs? Anyone know of any?
Cheers

When we went over there last year, there were bugs everywhere. Even saw a rat 356 cabrio in Capetown parked on the street. We just looked up the phone book and rang some wreckers to see what they had. Couldn't find any mags or anything though.

Good luck and stay safe.

Cheers

Both late model Beetles pictured above have wide 5 wheels etc and both have torsion bar front ends and
rear swing axles....

the 1600S isn't a 1303S but a 1303S body sort of grafted onto a Non Super beetle chassis...
both have vertical spare wheels...
