Hey,
Some nice stuff there!
Isn't the Malpassi a regulator and not a pump?
Do you know the retail on on of these?
Cheers mate,
Toby :thumb

And yet another turbo!.... An IHI RHB5, with a built-in wastegate.
This one is also used, but in good order.... Would make the perfect turbo for a small capacity engine (1600-1916cc)....
Asking $150.00

Same contact details as above.....

My 2276 powered Ragtop has Hybrid TO3-O4, air-water intercooler and EFI coming together.... But my EJ25T powered Notch has my attention at the mo.....
The way I see it.... I can have the best of both (all) worlds!.... A 225Kw aircooller and a 240Kw waterpumper plus my 180Kw 'Waterbottle' bus!....
Couldn't get better than that right?

G'day Humpty, I am interested in the Airesearch T03 so please put me down first in line pending the specs......so can I ask for details re.
compressor and turbine A/R numbers? I figure from the pic that the turbine may be 0.63 and therefore the compressor is most likely 0.6 right?
Is the shaft still nice and tight (not much play)? And just to confirm it is just oil cooled and not water cooled as well right?
Thanks for your help
Alan

Hey what kind of set up would the TCS-20 be good for?
I am building a 2.1l t03 powered engine at the moment and need a decent cam. (8-10psi streeter)
Is the stage one plate 1700lbs?
and do you have a rough idea on how much shipping to melb for both the plate and the cam would be?
Oh and the intercooler looks very similar to an r33 gts-t one that I have.
Cheers dude. |

Hey Quoll.... The TCS-20 is a very good street cam that will rev to the mid 6k range, but is still a pretty broad torquer down low too.... Sorta like
the ENGLE 120 NA cam so I have been told.... The perfect cam for stock ratio's or you could run 1.25's with it too... I don't think 1.4's would be
of much use though.... A mate of mine in the UK has run this cam on his 2007 street bug to high 11's (13psi) without slicks or a big dollar trans...
He has that engine in a splitty now (10psi) and says he's very happy with it drivability and smoothness....
And yes, the STAGE I is the old KEP 1700lbs equivalent.... Though with a much lighter pedal.... The new diaphram plates are much better to live with
than the old 'finger' style plates.
As for shipping to Melbourne.... I have no idea... Send me your postcode and I'll find out...
