Vw golf owners

I am trying to chase down a window regulator(2) for a 95 mod Golf GL. Aunts Car...
I have found these regulators for a 2000spec Golf and apart from being overseas i am wondering if it is the same as what is in the 95 model?

Do u think they will fit or are they completly different units?
And if anyone knows where or who may supply them in Aus??
The above regs are a cast unit so not as much chance of breaking....
