Pop-outs advice please

Hi Guys,
can anyone tell me what the go is with installing pop-outs in the rear windows of my L-bug? Iv found some on ebay stating 68on and seller assures they will fit but I need to know is it a simple matter of take out old, put in new? or is there alot more to it.

If it is quite simple, if anyone has any suitable lying around let me know as sometimes not getting into a bidding war is nice.
Cheers
