hello all
whew!
thanks to dasdubber for helping with logging on (email spam block problems)
better introduce myself...name's peter and i'm relatively new to the VW world, altho i did own an ex PMG panelvan in the '70's......funny how the
wheel turns, my eldest boy said that he would prefer a kombi as his 1st vehicle, so we managed to source a 50k original lowlight '72 that had been
stored for 25 years (one very happy boy!) a week after we took delivery a friend of mine said his mate (who i'd met a couple of times) had 3 old
kombis out in his paddock. one thing lead to another and now they live here at home, my only problem is that 1st boy wants 1 restored, 2nd boy wants
another done, i've got dibs on one and wifey doesn't want to be left out so she wants the lowlight!! I reckon i'm gonna need 2 lifetimes and 4
incomes to do the job!!!
Any help from you guys will be gratefully accepted!!!!!!
