Looking for a sweet Notch! Found one!

It hasn't arrived at my door yet, but I'm very close to owning my first notch. woo hoo Big thanks to everyone on AVD for helping me out. 09.05.07

I'm on the hunt for my first notch; in good condition and a dream to own. Do you know of one going for under $8k?

As I will be mostly parking on the street, I'm not after a show car...plus, I want to drive it everyday and not have to be too precious.

Something ready to drive away in, classic interior, reliable and in good condition would be ideal. I can live with a little bit of rust (as expected with old cars), paying for rear seat belts to be added, however I don't want to be hit with a big, fat, ugly mechanics bill to fix any major problems.

I've got to say, I love the aesthetics of the notch foremost, so I'm keen to get a two tone or one in a classic colour red, black, cream etc.

What do you think of my chances? I've been trawling the car sale websites and there really don't seem to be many notches around (ok, apart from a ivory+black one going for $12k, but that's more than I'm willing to spend).

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

That was THE notch that sparked my enthusiasm for T3's. It was a year or so ago when I saw it driving around Melbourne and my jaw dropped.

Yes, it's looks like a dream, but would I be bringing people to tears if I left a car of this quality, parked on the street half the time?! Feel like this car would be too good for me!

Try:

Click on main menu and then click on collectors. Not too sure if this car is still available. But worth a shot. Looks to be a bargain.
