4140 3/4" sq bar.
I am after 2 lengths of 4140 solid sq bar, 3/4".
Does anybody know where it can be bought in Australia ?

Any good steel merchant should stock it, we used Atlas Steels at work.

Well i have tried lots && unable to find 1.
They only stock round bar in 4140.
I can get the bars from the states no probs, but shipping is harsh.
If you're going through hell, keep going.

theres an aircraft steel supplier at Bankstown airport in Sydney
may be a similar supplier in other states
I know they have tubing but not sure about bar stock
