Hi All,
i have seen this car multiple times but not for a while and have to let everyone know, if your a collector or want a concourse early 55 with all the correct numbers and parts. This one's for you:

yep, our 54 was that colour, the original paint used to fade somewhat, this is me with ours in 1965

yeah I realised I stuffed up bigtime when I added the 2nd photo & it came up first ! I love that cream colour, it was fairly common in the '30's thru to end of the '50's then virtually suddenly disappeared as an offering on cars, & nobody ever seemed to respray cars in that colour, I guess it was just forgotten about, although it is interesting that a rather washed out recreation is available on New Beetle Cabriolets

seen this car in the flesh a couple of years ago at a show.
didn't meet the owner though.
car is absolutely gorgeous.

that is NSW rego isn't ? ther was an almost identical, if not the same car, at the nationals last year
