hi guys ive got a 1200 goes really well ,but i would like something bigger for my 62 baja and was wondering if anyone wants an original 1200 for a car resto i would swap plus a bit of cash if the right engine comes along ,as i was gonna turbo it but i have nearly been talked out of it ,but if i cant find nothin ill go back too the turbo,the guys reckon a swap for a bigger donk would be better so ill try ,,,,thanx stacyb

is it a fresh air 1200 is it 12 volt??
or what year? muffler clutch

any pics ????may let the 1600 kombi tp12 vlt go if 1200 right one for the ghia




want any vw bits old but like me, Made in Germany!!!

what do you mean by fresh air ,,,its 6 volt,63 model ,standard muffler and clutch plate

don't go turbo on a 1200 if your going something go supercharged
what size engine are you after? aircooled?
i have an engine for you but you will need an adaptor for the gear box to bolt it up
and type 3 torsion bars for the rear with i can help also

my friend in melb supercharged a 1600 than dyno the buggy and got 83 horses at the rear wheels not bad for a small outlay and it's using 5 lb bost
