expected compression?


just picked up a 69 1500 bugsly, wondering what sort of compression i should be expecting if the motor is in good nick? i did a compression test today on her (think i did it right) the front to cylinders registered 120-125 psi, the rear drivers side was 100 and i couldnt get teh guage into the rear passenger side. does 100-125 sound ok?

I would suggest you would want a + or - 5 psi difference

100 is a bit low if the others are 120ish
If they were all 100 to 105 then that would be cool as well

i did my 1600 not to long ago and got about 120psi on all cylinders
