Wanted: Rear guards to suit a 67 and earlier wide or stock

Hi all,

I'm after a set of rear 3" widened guards or standard german steel guards to suit a pre 67 vw.

I'm in Cairns, so they will need to be freighted to me so factor that in...

Cheers,
Ian

Got some glass ones under the house. 70's style. They need some repairs and painting but they aren't unfixable.

Please let me know how wide they are too, or stock. I am contemplating making custom wide 2 piece steel/glass ones... but I dont want to cut up my current ones which are near perfect.

Cheers,
Ian

My kaffar brace was made from a nissan S13 strut brace and a pair of D1 control rods. Got the lot off ebay for a steal and it does the job nicely. No idea about the 12at if your in townsville. THere is aparently some decent haltech tuners down there tho I dont know where they are.

Thanks. I'm considering buying another whole car and wreckign it to get guards and a gearbox for mocking up. My rancho box still hasnt arrive and I'm yet to be given an eta..

I have spaced out one of the rear guads on my car at the moment, and 100mm wider each side sure looks fat!
