What gearbox is this?

Hi
I picked up a gearbox for my Type 3 the other day, just wanted to verify what its out of.
The first three numbers stamped on it are 113 and its an IRS box.
Thanks

Look on the lower area where there is a STAMPED number (rather than cast).
There will be a letter and number code stamped on a flat area, kind of like you engine number is stamped.

It is true that if someone has been inside it, it could have anything in there,
but if it is AT.... it will be 3.875, AH...(bug) or D..(type3) will be 4.125.
