What is this colour?

Anybody got a name (and perhaps a colour code) for this colour?

http://i20.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/a7/c6/2d05_12.JPG

Apparently it is a factory colour but I can't say I've exactly seen it rolling on too many rides. :duh

Cheers

It's a 1964ish. :smirk:

How can it be blue when the car is clearly a purple/pink colour? :dork:

I'm pretty certain there was never a lilac factory colour. It looks like the sort of colour that was popular in the uk during the early 90's when pastel ruled :o

Heres a couple of good sites for paint codes

It could be white or Zenith blue.

Mine's Zenith Blue but under some lights it looks a really bright white.

Probably is a light shade of pink. I initially thought that it was the light/camera that gave the impression of the pink colour but if you look at the rims on the car they are white. I am a bit suspicious with the reg plate having pink lettering.
What state is it regd. in?
My guess is that it is pink and it's a non factory colour.
God only knows how it managed to survive the 80's that colour without a roof chop and a whale tail.:puke

I agree that the colour tone of the photo is off and the car is pink.

As for it being discusting.... who are you? the colour police!

I had to get my acrilic paint mixed from an Audi (or maybe a Porsche) catalog.

Not sure if you are refering to my post, but....I don't mind the colour. Not my thing but I was refering to the whale tail and bodgy chop top that was the in thing during the 80's. Oh the humanity! So many good bugs gave up their lives for a few years of being part of a "fad". These poor critters survived the 70's when it was "cool" to fit a Fibreglass kit to the front of the car to make it look like a Rolls Royce or 1930's Ford coupe.
Why????
