Recommendations for Auto Gearbox Rebuilders


Looking for recommendations for shops to take my type 3 auto gearbox for a rebuild.

Based in SE subs of Melbourne, but will travel for good work.

Talk to Dave, really knows his stuff, might be hard sourcing some of the parts now though...

Was told recently that Type 3 auto box parts for rebuild approx $670 and slightly cheaper for Kombi box-still available from Germany.
