my new '69square
G'day everyone.just bought a '69 type 3 1600L (anyone able to tell me what the "L"means?) squareback off a fellow dubber member.this is my 1st
project ever so have little knowledge of anything.but hoping to learn fast.i live in VIC, is anyone a member of the VIC VW club?is it worth joining?is
there any other clubs that i might not know about?thank you very much and wish me luck

Hi!
Sounds like you have a 1600TL with the "T" missing? Theres no such model as a 1600L type 3, They were beetles!
I'm in Tassie so i can't help you with the Vic clubs..
