Give that a try. He's in Uladulla NSW. My chassis is not one of his but they do seem a very good quality. Wayne Horsfall has been doing buggys for quite a while, and when I need somethings he's the guy I talk to.

well now

Seems to have asked the correct questions.

Firstly you need to decide what you want in a pan ..
IRS, Ball Joint, Kin Pin ??

There is a very good article in this 1/4's edition on Manx Mania Downunder on setting up your buggy and it covers all the pro's and con's of each setup.
Next edition will have setup tips for stock IRS and building a tough ball joint front end.
Anyway once you decide what you want send me an email and I will get you a price on one delivered to Tassie, although that will cost a lot of $$$ in freight as Pans are pretty big.
