After you replace the ignition switch
its a good practise to use a relay located near the battery
or the starter motor...
Ignition switch will probably last forever too...

I took the ingnition switch out and it turns out the plastic/bakerlite material on the back was a bit loose from the cylindrical metal housing. I zip tied it together as one of the three retaiing points was cracked. The zip tie should help hold the unit together for a while, but while I know what the problem is, I'd like to see what Sulla has to offer in terms of ingition switches... so you only have spade connector switches? It may have to do me in the interim...
